    Problems with FrogTeacher

    Hello,

FrogTeacher is our VLE which is SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 compliant (for example we use some of the birchfield SCORM packages).  However, I am having some problems using SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages from FUSE.  They upload into Frog without any problems, but when they are run I receive an error box that simply says "error".

    Any ideas?

    Hi Paul

Thanks for letting us know about your difficulties...

In response, we'd like to raise your issues directly with Frog so that we can get them resolved as quickly as possible.

Please can you drop me a line via sgibbons@3t.co.uk ?

I'll need a little more information from you if possible.

    Steve

    Re: Problems with FrogTeacher

     Hello,

Creator is tested with a variety of VLEs and is fully SCORM compliant so we were sorry to hear you were having trouble with Frog.  On your behalf we have been able to conduct specific tests in conjunction with Frog this week.

The results of this testing are that both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages exported from Creator, uploaded into Frog and ran without a problem.

It is possible that there is an error in the .FC file, or that the package exceeds the file-size limit of your VLE.  We have requested that you send your problem export file to us so that we can resolve your issue fully.

    Thanks and best regards,  Paul
