This tutorial is part of the British Nutrition Foundation's collection of free education resources from the Food - fact of life program.
The tutorial begins with a short quiz to differentiate the learning pathway. There are three levels of differentiation built into the tutorial. Within the tutorial there is a mixture of information slides and activities before the final quiz and report is produced.
